The Bat Fest Festival is an event organized by the Battus Organization in coordination with Bat Conservation International and has the purpose of promoting information about bat species, their ecological importance, the threats they face and the way in which we can contribute to their conservation. conservation. The event will consist of talks and workshops on environmental awareness and education in a stand format, open-air cinema, games, storytelling, talks by specialists on the subject, artistic and cultural activities, an exhibition of environmental, cultural and conservation projects on this matter; from ONGs, educational institutions and the private sector.
This initiative is carried out non-profit and promotes the understanding and appreciation of this important group of organisms and their habitat, promoting the care of our natural environments and a culture of sustainability.
El Festival Bat Fest es un evento organizado por la Organización Battus en coordinación con Bat Conservation International y tiene el propósito de promover información acerca de las especies de murciélagos, su importancia ecológica, las amenazas que enfrentan y la manera en la que podemos contribuir a su conservación. Se llevará a cabo en el lugar del LABNL, la fecha programada es el sábado 29 de octubre del 2022, dentro del horario de 4-8 p.m.
El evento estará conformado por charlas y talleres de sensibilización y educación ambiental en formato stand, cine al aire libre, juegos, cuenta cuentos, charlas de especialista en el tema, actividades artísticas y culturales, exposición de proyectos de ambientales, culturales y de conservación sobre este tema; de parte de ONG´s, instituciones educativas y del sector privado.
Esta iniciativa se realiza sin fines de lucro e impulsa el entendimiento y la apreciación de este importante grupo de organismos y el de su hábitat, promoviendo el cuidado de nuestros ambientes naturales y una cultura de sostenibilidad.
