Bat O Ween

Hosted by both Maggs Raggs and/also held at the Town of New Paltz Recycling Center. This fun filled celebration is part of Bat Conservation International’s Bat Week, Bat-O-Ween is part of many of these international events held October, 24-31, to educate folks about the importance of Bats in our environment. The fact is we lost over 3 millions of our “Little Brown Bat” population here in Ulster County to “Powder Nose Syndrome”, just a few short years ago, and we hope all together we can build our bat population back.

THERE WILL BE Bat crafts, Bat education booths, Haunted house & Costume Contest. *Masks and social distancing please. Costumes are encouraged
