Kaleden residents see bats every evening during the summer. Some residents may know of bats roosting on their buildings, bat boxes, or in their umbrellas.
Join the Okanagan Community Bat Program Coordinator for a batty evening full of information about these amazing nocturnal mammals.
This initiative aims at understanding where the bat colonies are located in Kaleden. If you have bats, come to the library and mark up the Kaleden Bat Colonies map. It will be at the library for a month.
In partnership with the Kaleden Community Association and the Kaleden Public Library.
