1 cup rolled oats
4 Tbsp chia seeds
2 cups almond (bats spread seeds) or cashew (bats spread seeds) milk
Optional: 2 tsp agave (bat-pollinated) or maple syrup
1 cup sliced strawberries or other fruit (bat-protected)
¼ cup sliced almonds (bats spread seeds and protect crops)
Combine rolled oats, chia seeds, milk, and optional syrup. Put in the refrigerator and soak at least 1 hour or overnight to thicken. Stir before serving and divide into serving bowls. Top with strawberries and almonds. Enjoy for breakfast, dessert, or a snack! This dish is dairy free and gluten free and serves 2.
